Privacy Policy
Last Updated: March 7, 2025
Please read this Privacy Policy and our Terms of Service carefully before using the Platform (as defined below).
This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, and disclose information; governs how we treat this information; and lets you know your associated rights. This Privacy Policy applies to the Website https://growingwithai.com (the “Website”), operated by GrowingWithAI (“we,” “our” or “us”); the services and information available via the Website, including our email newsletter, tools, guides, and resources; and any online location controlled by us that links to this Privacy Policy (collectively, the “Services”) (the Services, together with our Website, are referred to as the “Platform”).
Our Privacy-First Approach
At GrowingWithAI, privacy isn’t just a legal requirement—it’s a core value that shapes everything we do. We believe that personal growth and self-discovery with AI should never come at the cost of your privacy or data security. Our approach is fundamentally different from many other AI-focused businesses:
True Ownership Model: Unlike subscription-based services that maintain ongoing access to your data, our tools are designed with ownership in mind. Whether purchased individually or accessed through our membership subscription, our tools are yours to download and keep. Your personal reflections and insights remain yours alone, and we do not maintain access to your personal journal or reflections. Even subscription members download and retain full ownership of the tools and frameworks they use during their membership period.
Direct AI Relationship: Your interactions with AI platforms (like Claude, ChatGPT, or others) remain private between you and those platforms. We provide the frameworks and guidance, but we have no access to your actual conversations or interactions with AI services. Any personal information or reflections you share during AI interactions are governed by that platform’s privacy policy, not ours.
Minimal Data Collection: We collect only the information absolutely necessary to provide our services—no excessive tracking, no building comprehensive profiles.
No Data Selling: We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties for advertising or marketing purposes.
Privacy-Conscious AI Guidance: Our tools and resources specifically include guidance on how to use AI platforms in privacy-preserving ways, including anonymous options when appropriate.
Balanced AI Integration: We emphasize thoughtful, intentional AI use that enhances rather than compromises your privacy and wellbeing.
We created GrowingWithAI to offer a more ethical, privacy-respecting approach to AI for personal growth, and this philosophy is reflected throughout our business practices.
Your Consent to This Privacy Policy
In simple terms: By using our website or services, you’re agreeing to how we handle your information as described here. If you don’t agree, please don’t use our site. If you change your mind later, you can ask us to delete your information.
By using the Platform, or otherwise providing information to us, you agree to this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with this Privacy Policy, please do not use the Platform. You may withdraw your consent by requesting deletion of your information or otherwise exercising your rights in accordance with the “Your Choices” section below.
